Present Continuous Tense:
Structure: Subject + am/is/are + Verb +ing + Object.
Example: We are going to make a big cake.
Present Perfect Tense:
Structure: Subject + have/has + Verb (in past participle form) + Object.
Example: They have forgotten about the time.
